Meet Aideen Hopkins, Operations Director of the EER (Executive Expatriate Relocations), the #1 company that offers a range of relocation, immigration, and corporate services for new and existing businesses across the Middle East. EER was founded in Dubai in 2005 after recognising the need for a personalised and professional relocation company that could cater to the demands and nuances of conducting business across the UAE and wider region.

We were wondering about how they achieved success while managing their own accounting tasks, as it’s one of the main challenges for the business owners.

Operations Director of EER, Aideen explained to us that they have their own, in-house finance division and that they were handling their accounting requirements on Quickbooks,  but in 2020 they embarked on a significant finance transformation project which would enable greater integration, automation, and efficiency. At that moment they realized that they need help to finalise their integration and automation due to time constraints and made the decision to outsource this to an experienced and capable provider, such as CTC Accounting.

“With CTC’s help, we were able to complete our transformation project on time and has created greater efficiencies,” said Aideen and added “All of CTC employees that we worked with were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and diligent, with their help we were able to complete our transformation project on time. CTC team was responsible for the Zoho expenses integration in our business from training to integration to the preparation of policies and procedures.  As a result, the whole integration happened overnight and the employees embraced it immediately and it has absolutely streamlined our petty cash and expense management”.

When we asked Aideen about the current status of her business utilizing CTC Accounting services, she told us that CTC met her expectations from all aspects and that the finance division is now a slick operation!
